I had an amazing 11-day stay at this hotel, which truly made our family vacation unforgettable. The staff were exceptional, always ready to help and very welcoming. The food options were plentiful and delicious. The pool facilities, especially the slides, were a huge hit with my kids. However, I did notice that the kids' club was only in Spanish, which might be a downside for some families. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value for money with a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.
